Harbourfest continued

(Notice the club members relaxing on deck before the start of the frenzied Harbourfest activities.  The second girl from the left tried to throw herself off after working a shift in the beer garden.  Luckily she was stopped -- she had another shift to do later that day)

This is the nerve centre of all club activities, especially during Harbourfest.  The clubhouse has all the comforts of home, without the nagging kids and dry rot.  The building has provided refuge for sailors visiting our beautiful harbour, providing them with kitchen, laundry and washroom facilities.

(We actually lost this dude when he sailed out of the harbour.  If anyone sees him this summer, please pick him up and bring him home, his wife is starting to worry.)

When the crowds on the wharf, clubhouse and beer garden get bigger and bigger during Harbourfest, some folks take to the water to get a view of all the fun activities.  The harbour itself is great for windsurfing, swimming and water skiing too.

(The beautiful D'Escousse sunset.  What?  You expect something silly in every caption?)

As you sit in the beer garden on Sunday night, chatting with new friends and singing-a-long with guitarists, take a glance out at our wonderful sunset.  Actually, the next morning, as you still sit chatting with friends and singing-a-long with guitarists, turn around and take a glance at our beautiful island sunrise too.

You want more... don't you?
